EN Telecom TKF Kabelkenniscentrum (Allround) Operators Share this page: TKF is currently working on the construction and fitting out of a new factory in Eemshaven. The aim is to start pilot production in the fourth quarter of 2023 with a 'State- of- the- Art' machine park developed specifically for TKF, which will produce impressive sea cables for offshore wind farms with the highest possible reliability. In 2024, the plant will be fully operational, producing high-quality 'specialty' products with new machinery in a clean, 'quiet' and low-noise working environment. The team You will work in a 5-shift schedule. The team consists of a mix of experienced, all-round, medior, and junior Operators. The focus in the team is on working together and caring for each other's safety. As an Operator, you will report to the Plant Manager at plant start-up and to the Team Leader from 2024 onwards. Your role As Operator, you are responsible for one or more production lines. You will be responsible for operating the machines and the work involved in preparing, converting and setting up the machines. In doing so, you oversee and monitor the procedures and processes. You make a personal and team contribution to the internal objectives in the field of safety, environment, production and quality. You work together with the Mechanics and Process Engineers on a daily basis with respect for each other's roles. Everyone participates and everyone 'matters'; this is how we build our culture.
