Amasus Agency seeks immediate reinforcements! Do you possess organizational powers and excellent communication skills? Are you eager to dive into the maritime industry? Then keep reading!

As a member of our (young) team of seven, you'll be the first point of contact for various parties. Because of your qualities, both customers and ship crews will experience seamless port visits under your stewardship. You are the link between the ship and the official (port) authorities, suppliers and other parties.

Your organizational skills ensure great care for clients and ships during port visits, attending to all their needs and requests. From handling berth reservations and customs clearance to addressing onboard client requests and crew needs, your responsibilities are diverse. Whether arranging medical visits for crew members or coordinating crew changes, your role extends beyond the office, ensuring satisfaction aboard ships.

In short, a versatile job in which no two days are the same, in which you are in contact with different parties every day and in which you can apply your knowledge and skills.

Important to us

• You are in possession of at least a 'MBO' diploma
• You are fluent in English
• You are accurate and have good improvisational skills
• You can work independently, but are also a team player
• You are in possession of a driving license
